Example? Last Friday, the 13th of March.

It was a good day reallyand then just degraded into a bad day. Somehow we were all really happy at first but in the end, there was tension and hurt running high.

I didn't get hurt directly, but it hurt to see others in that condition.

I don't really want to go into long and terrible details. But I'll just mention the absolute best and the absolute worst moment on Friday.

BEST
MORNING. Cross-country. 3 km. Bishan Park. Me, not a good runner. Finished the entire thing in 16:13 minutes. Managed to clinch the 20th position of the Top 20. Received medal. High spirits. Cheering, triumph, smiles, beams.

WORST
NIGHT. Debate. Still managable. Lost the debate though, a little heartbroken but still alright. Then everything after that was heartbreaking, and it didn't involve debate cards or material at all. Emotions ran high and wild. Felt bad and uneasy. Terrible, depression, dejection, anguish...

Who am I kidding? Everyone was kinda down at the end. Some more than others. It gets me worried and feeling bad, being so helpless and useless. Just tragic, that specific day. Just so tragic.

But I just wanna speak out for my heart: You guys did great. And even if we didn't get it, and even if everything now seems so hopeless and painful, don't cry over it, don't feel so remorseful and heartbroken over the actions that we did that unintentionally hurt others, don't get so stressed over something that's already over. All we can do now is look forward to something else in life, and it doesn't have to be debate. We'll be okay, and it'll take a good, long while to recover, but in the end we'll always be okay.

Rest well.

Do something to forget about that whole mess.

I say that in utmost sincerity.

But for now... I'mma gonna rest, relax and pray OPERATION W goes smoothly, causeif it does... We could actually do something we've been praying and prying so hard... FOR SO LONG. DAMMIT! WE BETTER GET IN OR SOMEBODY'S GONNA DIE AND IT WON'T BE PRETTY.
