Comparing this Friday to the previous one last, last week (13th March), I would say this is another definite beautiful day to remember.

But since I'm typing this at 2:55 AM on a Saturday... Let's just pretend it was yesterday. Friday the 27th.

School - as usual. Mr Nair and Mdm Lai weren't there, so used their free periods to practice debate. Got awesome support from Ming Yu and Alistar, and freakishly hilarious comic relief from Vemon, who read my cards at the speed of light and paused for, like, ever at the part where I was supposed to fill in the prop's point.

I told him to continue speaking, but he showed me the card and said there was nothing there. It was so funny... My God. Then he read my first point, and in all, my opening case and 1 st point was read by Vemon in 1min28secs. Minus rebuttals, minus 2nd point, and including the long, long pause for nothing. Good timing.

Anyway, after school, headed down to Mac with Zhi Qing and Anuar, wanted to eat and practice debate more, but then I had to go pay my bill first. The fun part was on my way alone to Mac, I encounted Mrs Rupesh along the way... And Ms Soo. They asked where I was going, so I told them I was just going to Mac to eat and practice debating, but then it was actually against the school rules [BUT DAMMIT WE'RE NOT LOITERING]. So Ms Soo and Mrs Rupesh decided to follow me to Mac (thinking their job is going to be ... 'fun') ... And Ms Soo went upstairs and "terrorized" the OPSS students eating there.

Anuar, ZQ and I got the hell outta there quickly, self-explanatory why.

Anyway, headed back to school and practiced debate even more. Then Charlotte came along and we all met up with Berton and Ms Lim. And it was pretty obvious who was suffering when the two first met each other. Haha, Ms Lim was busy terrorizing Berton, implying so many ... inappropiate stuff. So, getting dressed and stuff, we headed out of the school and down to Nan Chiau High at Seng Kang.

The bad part, Ms Lim was gonna use her car and she didn't know how to get to Seng Kang. So basically, a slow-speed, within-speed-limit car chase began. Berton, ZQ, Charlotte and I in the taxi trying furtively to escape Ms Lim's... Lizzy (name of her car). We were so scared... >__>

The Quarter-Finals went well. Zhi Qing was our newest speaker and as a team, we all rocked together. We won against TKGS and Charlotte got best speaker role. And Apphia came to support us as well! How awesome, it sure was a great great debate really. So Semi-Finals, 1-hour confinement in a room and hidden camera searching, watch out, because here Orchid Park Secondary comes! :D:D:D:D [somehow next week is gonna be another hectic HECTIC heck tate round...]

Anyway, after the whole thing, we checked out the other compeititons and walked to Compassvale to eat. The others left early, leaving ZQ, Berton and me. We talked more about debate before saying goodbye to ZQ as she went off. Then Berton and me trained down to Harbourfront, talking about debate and more debate, nearly falling asleep and stuff, and separated with our different buses before going home. I took 855 and I swear, it's funny how I dozed off only when I reached Yishun... Well, anyway, that was Friday.

And though it wasn't as great a debate as 27th Feb, it was still sometime to commerate. Next debate, give it our best shot, yeah? Heh, the hidden camera can't remain hidden for long when we're around in that room.
